Dried out from a Four Day spree - Bam Margera

We directly spoke to Bam Margera who said he was swift to the hospice Sunday after a four day drinking binge -- not because of a possible drug overdose.
The "Jackass" star blames the "4-day bender" on marital problems, telling us "I may get a divorce ... booze helps."
Margera says his kidney and leg strength were a mess from not eating or drinking enough water -- but the hospital flushed out his system and he was released to his home after speaking to a psychiatrist.

Now, Bam claims he's in good health and he even sent us this photo -- taken after he was free from the hospital -- to confirm it.

had a chance for an Emmy proposal, The Mentalist's Simon Baker woke up

early this morning before going to the set of his hit CBS drama. When

Baker noticed that he had no calls, he fell back to sleep, reports USA TODAY's

Gary Strauss. "The odds were beside me. It's a practical show, I thinking the type

was overloaded with brilliant people'' he says. When Baker woke up an hour

later, he noticed a bunch of messages and a "s-load of texts."

Baker's birthday is July 30. "I'm 40 in two weeks, I've been doing this

for nearly 20 years,'' he says.”My kids believe I'm old and over the hill.

But this is a nice-looking good birthday present."
