Assess in a Hurry: A bizarre mashup of grindhouse and art house, Rob Zombie's latest redneck rampage is unlikely to fully satisfy hardcore devotees of either genre. Yet there's a lot going on here that's worth a look, even if the writer-director's reach occasionally exceeds his grasp.

Review in a Hurry: Though the misleading marketing would have you believe it's an action flick about Brad Pitt kicking Kraut keisters from here to eternity, Quentin Tarantino's revisionist take on World War II actually unfolds more as a series of suspense-laden conversations. And he's really, really good at doing them.

'Grey's' direct movies interment scenes


The cat's out of the bag: George O'Malley is officially dead. The Grey's Anatomy cast filmed funeral scenes during their first week back at work on the show.

Katherine Heigl kept her hair under wraps in a scarf, since her cancer-stricken character Izzie Stevens has been going through chemotherapy. However, Ellen Pompeo's baby bump didn't appear to be hidden at all, begging the question of how they plan to hide it for filming.

'Prince of Persia': special first look at star Jake Gyllenhaal!

Used for Jake Gyllenhaal, playing Prince Dastan in Jerry Bruckheimer's epic Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, due May 28, 2010, was a chance to get into some sober action. (Paparazzi photos of Gyllenhaal on-set have appeared before, but this is the first officer shot of him in character.) "I'm tired of taking myself so seriously," says the actor, who found himself sword-fighting, hiking walls, and jumping off of buildings as part of the prince's quest to find an enchanted dagger and turn back time. "It's nice when a stuntman turns to you and is like, 'Actors don't usually do this.'"
